Want to delight your guests at the breakfast table?  This topping is made with three simple ingredients: strawberry jam, sweet basil, and butter.

It's delicious on pancakes, biscuits and croissants.  I wrapped a "mini" bundt cake pan with clear plastic wrap to mold the butter into a design, but it can also be served in a pretty bowl.
