Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is a tender perennial (Zones 8-10) that grows into a shrub from two to six feet tall.  It has needle-like foliage that blooms in the winter.  It is delicious on meats and vegetables, and in oils and vinegars. 

Rosemary is a source of iron, Vitamins A, B6, and C, calcium, folate, and contains minerals.
